1. General 1.1 The offer to double your number of points by renting a car with Europcar (the “Offer”) is an initiative in joint collaboration between Rotana Hotel Management Corporation PJSC and EUROPCAR INTERNATIONAL SASU (“Europcar”). 1.2 These terms and conditions (“Terms and Conditions”) apply to the Offer and shall supplement any other terms and conditions applicable to the Rotana Rewards Program. 1.3 By participating to the Offer, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. 1.4 This Offer is not valid in conjunction with any other promotions, discounts, or special offers. " 2. Eligibility 2.1 This Offer is available for all Rotana Rewards Members. 2.2 To benefit from this Offer you need to book a car rental with Europcar on https://www.rotana.com/carrental during the Promotional Period. 2.3 You must show a valid Rotana Rewards Member card in the name of the Member making the car rental booking at the Europcar station when picking-up the rented vehicle. 2.4 The same Member cannot earn benefits for more than one rental at any time, and only one rental can be recorded within the scope of this Offer. 2.5 If the same car, or a different one, is rented on consecutive days from the same branch or different branches, it is counted as one rental period. 3. Promotional Period 3.1 This Offer is valid for rental bookings made within the period from 19 May 2025 until 15 June 2025 (both dates inclusive) (the “Promotional Period”), unless otherwise extended or modified at Rotana’ own and entire discretion. 3.2 Rentals must occur from 01 June 2025 to 30 September 2025. 4. Offer Details 4.1 As a Rotana Rewards Member you may double your number of points by renting a car with Europcar from 8 points per $ spent to 16 points per $ spent per car rental with Europcar subject to these Terms and Conditions. 4.2 Your rental must be booked directly through Europcar’s official booking channel on https://www.rotana.com/carrental. 4.3 This Offer is valid for bookings made during the Promotional Period only. 4.4 It can take a certain amount of time for points earned from car rentals to show up in the Rotana Reward’s account which should be credited between 6 to 8 weeks after the completion of the car rental, based on the final amount paid. 4.5 Points earned through this offer are non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash. 4.6 Only the Rotana Rewards Member renting the car can earn points. 4.7 This Offer is not available for car rental bookings made in the USA, Canada, Japan, India, and China. 5. Assistance 5.1 In the event of any required assistance with the car rental, Members must liaise with Europcar Station from which the car was rented and show their rental receipt. 5.2 For any required assistance with respect to the Rotana Rewards Program, Members may contact their dedicated Member Customer Service Centre at support.rewards@rotana.com
