It's was a great experience, with my family to go out of Abu dhabi to visit The cove Rotana RAk. Amazing service from the entire team, guest service prompted to deliver upon any request. We really can wait to revisit again, my kids love it so much. Oh not forgetting Mahendra thanks for services. Really an amazing 👏 place.

Mr. Dawd was very accommodating and even surprised us with a cake for my birthday. The housekeeping team Tobin, Bibin, and Wai created a beautiful towel decoration. All the staff were wonderful.

It was amazing stay we had fun with friends.. I would like to thank Maria & Anna for thier amazing activitys we enjoyed and had fun they are friendly and sweet. Great job keep it up. And also Nazma for thier Service at the reception she has a nice smile. She upgraded my room without asking and provided late checkout when she saw us enjoying the time.. it was great service Nazma and keept it up.. I would definitely visit again soon….. The cove Rotana hotel is the best hotel everywhere greenery flowers and territory it’s beautiful surroundings room is nice and near to the pool thanks to peush for assisting with everything

My stay at the hotel was more than wonderful. My children enjoyed everything, from the accommodation to the view and the pool. I want to extend my sincere thanks to Mr. Rahul for his patience, kindness, and valuable service throughout our stay. I do have a note regarding the African employee responsible for the pool. His manner was rude and vulgar when dealing with pool guests, especially my children. He spoke to them disrespectfully and in a loud voice. This is unacceptable, and I wanted to bring it to your attention. Also, the room floor was not vacuumed once during my entire stay, which is very strange.

We are happy to stay here in our room and the service of Mr Peush, and the facility and for sure we will recommend to our friends and family

Excellent hotel and service! We especially enjoyed the pool with an incredible view of the Gulf. The rooms are cleaned daily, and the hotel is always tidy. The friendly staff, with a special thanks to the bartender Hedra at the Lounge Bar, who performs his job perfectly - making delicious drinks and engaging in pleasant conversation with a smile. Thank you! The hotel also offers very tasty food, with a large variety of delicious meals. Every day, bottles of water are brought to the room. Before departure, they prepared a lunch box for us. Overall, we recommend this hotel:)

Me and my husband are regular guests in this Hotel! Service was perfect as usual, we really enjoyed our stay there. Everything, starting from reception check-in until our 3rd day check-out, was smooth. First we didn't like he room they gave as, it was closer to the beach side, like townhouses, we came back to the reception and Ms. Meri was ready to help us. She gave us amazing room in the main building, spacious and comfortable location, viewing to the sea. This time we visited gym too, the machines are quiet old, but that's ok, as long as they do the job:) it was clean, spacious and had almost all the necessary equipment, not like in most of other hotels. I was happy. Also I've visited Zen Spa, and had beautiful experience there. Mr Naeeim provided me all the info about the spa treatments and also offered the discount, what I really appreciate. Want to thank Girly for the proper active muscles massage session, she was amazing! We always gonna come back to this hotel, next time we are planning to come with kids. Overall this Hotel is the best in that area!
