Anam front of house was superb, very helpful and cheerful dealt with any of our issues promptly and professionally. She always had a welcoming smile and greeted us each morning and evening. All the staff were professional and helpful. Restaurant staff always attentive and smiling.

There is a receptionist by the name of Anam , a very friendly and always available she helped me alot on my experience and provided the best friendly attitude I have ever seen the room was completely clean as well

Clean rooms, comfortable bed, friendly staff! nice community and calm place. Availability of healthy food restaurants and easy delivery to the Hotel. Self parking. Rates and offers for the long-term staying r good.

Good Hotel, People are professional and very helpful. Since it is too far from any town center, more amenities like spa, more restaurants than one, would have been welcome. Recommended if you have business in that location. And a car is kind of a must.

It was very good one day stay with family Syed at front desk also upgraded our reservation from bedroom to suite. Room was very clean and also offered us 50 percent discount for break fast open buffet

Amazing stay with friendly and accommodating hotel staff. Self service hotel but was able to accommodate family with kids who needed assistance. Facilities, enough for your routine needs. Best to ensure all the necessary basic needs are available in the room, but when requested they were able to provide. Food, average… needs to improve food service customer care. Looks like a lot of them are new.

Quite location and frindly staff. This a good place to take a break from the city and daily routine. The place was clean and the desert view from the balcony was quite relaxing Thanks to Farida for the good hospitality.

Its was a amazing stay with damac hills hotel I enjoyed and the service was fantastic but what i don’t like was the day i did chick in they tell me there is no one will help me with the my bag and next day i saw there’s on the same time i did check in and also when i did the extended there’s only one lady in the reception and there’s too many guests and she ask me to wait only to pay and the other guy do anything work and i tell her I can’t wait i have a meeting so its not make sense to let all guests wait for one girl. But with other services was so good
