This hotel is resaonably priced and is a quality hotel with excellent helpful staff, lovely rooms, pecaeful breakfast and after a day working a fabulous roof top swimming pol to relax in. Special note of thanks to engaging helpful reception staff, the lady who cooked the omlettes and the pool/gym staff member. I will defintley be back on my next work trip and I have stayed at a lot of hotels in Amman, shame it took me so long to frin the Centro. We also held two GIZ workshops in the conference area, again room was perfect, set out exactly as requested, with IT perfect and coffee refrershments and lunch for us and delegates very good. All services they provide are perfect & all people working there are nice. and the hotel has excellent cleanliness services. the breakfast was very good and delicious. I really enjoyed my staying and totally recommend the hotel for others to book in.

The reception is very professional and helpful especially Abeer and liza thy was very cute and professional .Thank you centro for a special staff . In my opinion all hotel in the world should have the same staff of centro.

I don't know where to start my description of the place, beginning with the morning smile, Hudhaifa, the fun Ahmed, the good-natured Saleem, the wonderful Liza, the beautiful Abeer, and finally my friend Khalaf. The place, service, staff, cleanliness, location, value, everything just simply amazing. FLO Resto Bar and front desk staff very friendly. all Staff are very welcoming and smiling I liked the stay. Will come back again.

A very comfortable and hospitable few days at the convenient Centro hotel. Rooms, food and service excellent. Awesome rooftop pool and bar and a well equipped gymn. Only annoyance was the limited pool hours (7am to 6 pm) and not opening on time. Laundry prices painful!

Staff are always polite and I had a great experience with reception staff and door staff being friendly and helpful. The Flo restaurant staff could provide better service and the food is average and lacking flavour on some dishes but I prefer to eat out of the hotel but the few times tried wasn't impressed. Breakfast was good service and provided a good selection with the introduction of egg station makes things easier if you want to have fresh eggs cooked. The rooms are new and fresh so enjoyed the stay and the housekeeping was done to great standard. Will be returning to Amman soon and will picking this hotel again after trying 10+ hotels in the same price range
