For many months I have been staying at the BR Residences The BRR facilities are excellent and always kept very clean and well maintained As I've said in previous rating, BRR's very best assets are its wonderful staff! All of the teams are exceptional - whether house keeping, front desk, coffee shop, concierge, management, gym, maintenance, etc - everyone is so warm, helpful and professional. As so many staff contribute positively to the overall experience, it is impossible to name check everyone. Some special thanks to: HOUSEKEEPING - Kyaw ("Chaw") - hard workrng, super polite and aw;ways does a great job with attention to detail GERMAN RESTAURANT - Darlima - an absolute delight, cheery and so hard working) FRONT DESK - Yusoph (main hotel), Charmene, Aeshan, Vaishali, Priya CONCIERGE - Sampath, Sankar, Talal GYMS - Anna, Liberty, Mofatta (Manager - very warm, motivated and attention to detail, great public persona) G/F COFFEE SHOP - Dhurba, Thein (both so friendly) However, my continuing gratitude to ALL of the staff - each is a credit to the Rotana brand.

I have had a fantastic exerience with Rupa’s housekeeping service, supervised by Zazzad! Roupa cleaned my room thoroughly and left everything spotless. The attention to detail was impressive - from neatly arrenged items to sparkling surfaces. Even the hard-to-reach corners were taken care of, and my room smelled fresh and clean. It is obvious they take pride of their work. Highly recommended. Beyond housekeeping the other services were equally impressive.

From the moment I checked in, I was impressed by the staff who greeted with smiles and gave me a warm welcome, despite this being 2 in the morning. Nicole at the front desk is a GEM. She is courteous, professional, kind and accommodated my requests upon checking in. She made sure that my stay was as comfortable and wonderful as I had hoped it to be.I stayed there for 6 weeks and I can only say wonderful things about customer care and how responsive every staff was to my needs and requests, including the staff at the acacia restaurant where I had delicious breakfast. They are very attentive and really provided excellent customer service to everyone, and enjoyed breakfast event during busy hours. Everyone was pleasant, and a shoutout to Saleh and Aeshan at the front desk as well who responded to my requests in a timely fashion and answered all my questions about getting around town and providing advice. Also a huge thanks to the housekeeping crew, and in particular Aravind who made sure that my place was spotless at all times. I appreciate the kindness, attentiveness and all the efforts made to make your guests have the most amazing stay. I highly recommend this place to anyone wanting close proximity to the main tourist attractions, malls, and dining.

Hotel Rotana which’s next to the Residences has direct access to Abu Dhabi Mall.The beach’s beautiful & the swimming pool is huge.Our studio’s modern, big & has everything we needed.

I could not fault the place. The service and the staff from housekeeping to front desk to the breakfast room to the Yasmine cafe the car service and not to mention the excellent management were splendid. I’ll be back very soon. Thank you.

Staying here for a temporary lodging around 60 days and really enjoy the property. The staff is very helpful from the front desk to the concierge to housekeeping all are very friendly. They have an excellent fitness facility in the residence but you can also use the hotel gym, beach and spa. The property is also connected to the Abu Dhabi mall via the hotel. The hotel lobby has excellent coffee shop and ample space to work from during the day.

I truly enjoyed my stay at Beach Rotana. My room had a great view and I liked the layout, which made it very practical and feel like home. Also, the overall structure of the Beach Rotana allows you to enjoy the outdoors in the greatest comfort. However, what made my stay truly enjoyable was the staff. Everyone was always extremely cordial and available. A special thanks to Darlene (from room cleaning services) and Naven for their great professionalism.

Great Hotel but internet connectivity is very bad. Can’t stream TV or film programmes in the evening as the programmes keep freezing. On Friday and Saturday night the band in the Lebanese restaurant below is too loud and stops you going to sleep

I have lived here for just under 3-years and have been in an excellent position to witness the activities of the staff over a prolonged period. With only limited and isolated exceptions, the current Rotana team is superior, whether it is front of house, the hospitality staff, or housekeeping, everyone delivers excellent service to the customers and are wonderful ambassadors for the Rotana brand. I would especially like to highlight the superior efforts of Nursida and Tracey who have looked after me so well. I just couldn't do what I do without their care and attention. Thank you
