I was travelling alone to Dubai first. The Hotel is directly at JBR, so perfect spot in Dubai for beach and going out in the evening. The food was excelent and the service always very friendly and helpful! Insider: Go to the Wellness-Area and ask for a Aroma-therapy-massage by Indrani! You‘ll thank me for this advice! ;-)

Overall friendly staff and nice clean rooms , my only complaint was we had the need to call security late night regarding a person banging on our door and they were a little slow to respond.

We were amazed by the service that this hotel provided us. All facilities were at the highest level. All staff were very friendly and helpful. Especially, we liked the Horizon restaurant that provided us with full table of amazing meals every breakfast. We are very satisfied of our choice. Will definitely come back again next vacation 🫶

Absolutely first class hotel staff go above and beyond made to feel like a VIP special mention for Hassan at sun deck pool bar what a gentleman and a credit to the amwaj hotel also Mostafa seen him mostly at the horizon restaurant so pleasent the list could go on hope to visit again in 2025⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Five star hotel that gives a five star experience. The staff were all friendly and helpful, always on hand to assist with any questions or advice. Sujin the lifeguard has to have a special mention as he goes out of his way to make sure guests enjoy the pool area safely. All the lifeguards were amazing. Rooms were cleaned to an excellent standard throughout our stay. The rooms are spacious and have everything you need. The beds are comfortable but not amazing. It is potentially the only thing I would have changed. A slightly thicker mattress topper would add the luxury element. All food served at the hotel was high quality with lots of options to choose from. I can’t recommend this hotel enough, it is perfect in every way. The location is also absolutely spot on.
