Amman Rotana Receives Four Haute Grandeur Global Hotel Awards
Hamarneh Recognized as Best Hotel General Manager in Jordan
November 11, 2018 – Amman, Jordan: Amman Rotana’s exceptional services have been recognized at the annual Haute Grandeur Global Hotel Awards, which saw the landmark Jordanian hotel win in four categories. The awards, which were distributed at an event held recently at the Palazzo Versace Hotel Dubai, saw the attendance of hundreds of hoteliers and other industry officials.
The Haute Grandeur Global Hotel Awards recognize leading institutions that offer exceptional hospitality experiences on seven continents and include 170 countries and 90 categories. Each year, outstanding hotels and hospitality brands compete for this honor, with selections made after a rigorous vetting process.
General Manager of Amman Rotana and Boulevard Arjaan by Rotana Atieh Hamarneh was recognized as the Best General Manager award in the hotel sector in Jordan, while Amman Rotana won in the categories for Best Business Hotel, Best Hotel Destination and Best Hotel in Jordan.
Speaking about the awards, Hamarneh spoke of his deep pleasure at the recognition, on behalf of the hotel and himself, which he said were the result of concerted efforts exerted throughout the past few years to reinforce the position and location of the hotel at the forefront of local and regional hospitality institutions. The selection process for the Haute Grandeur Global Hotel Award is voting-based, and considers quality, reputation, hotel rooms, food presentation and catering services, hotel facilities, corporate social responsibility as well as environmental awareness.
