GO SAFE CERTIFICATION PROGRAMME by the Abu Dhabi Government
Yas Island Rotana is Go Safe certified.
The Go Safe Certification is a programme endorsed by the Abu Dhabi Government, which testifies to the implementation of cleanliness and hygiene standards designed to minimize the spread of the COVID-19 virus in tourist premises.
The launch of the Go Safe Certification goes hand in hand with the commitment and efforts of the Abu Dhabi Government to combat the spread of COVID-19, which include widespread testing, city-wide sanitation, social distancing, and enhanced healthcare services.
The “Go Safe” Certification is a voluntary Certification Programme created by the Government of Abu Dhabi and run by DCT Abu Dhabi. Its aim is to let you enjoy quality leisure time at your favourite spots where Certification has been awarded, in the knowledge that they have achieved certain minimum cleanliness and hygiene standards, and that to retain the Certification they must maintain these standards. The Certification will soon be extended to include a variety of venues such as shopping malls, museums, amusement parks and restaurants. The Go Safe Certification Programme is intended to enable you, your family and your friends progressively to return to a normal lifestyle.
The aim of the “Go Safe” Certification Programme is to reduce the risk of hotel guests, visitors and staff being exposed to the Covid-19 virus. However, the Go Safe Certification Programme does not guarantee that a premises with Certification is free from the virus.
In accordance to the programme certification and in adherence to the precautionary measures set by the Abu Dhabi authorities, Yas Island Rotanaensures every guest and colleague the genuine care, comfort and safety with the rigorous implementation of Rotana Safe Space programme whereby the health and wellbeing of our guests and colleagues is an unwavering priority.
