Friday Brunch. For those who are looking something a little more meaty, the grills will not disappoint from lamb shanks to grilled beef tender portions and grilled chicken breasts. My favorites were the braised lamb shanks which truly melt in your mouth as the meat is meltingly tender to the bone simmered in a rich and a flavorful gravy and a perfect accompaniment was a bowl of hot steamed white rice to really enjoy the flavorsome flavors

Friday Brunch - A glorious selection of main dishes line the open kitchen. It was more like a culinary journey from Mongolia to Arabia, and it was such a delight to find a Mongolian live-cooking station and Roasted Lamb Leg alongside the usual buffet finds. The roasted lamb won me over! It’s utterly delicious and tender! I can hardly believe that it’s the meat I used to dread. It’s now clear to me that I had lamb in wrong places and that it’s extremely good when properly cooked!
