1. Determine your end goal and plan your journey

Having a clear vision of the goal you would like to achieve will facilitate your journey towards it. For instance, assume you were going to our Bodylines Fitness & Wellness Club located at Raouche Arjaan by Rotana. A clear destination will make it easier for you to perceive the quickest road to arrive. However, if you are still lost regarding which gym to go to, you lose a considerable amount of time searching, and stay still in one place. Planning you desired goal and taking small steps towards it will provide you with an effective orientation and keep you motivated.

Have you ever felt like working out was too overwhelming? Or have you procrastinated your exercise session because you were not in the mood even after determining your end goal?
These are common feelings that can be avoided throughout a daily routine. Habits and routines make it easier for us to engage in activities without efforts, since our actions become automatic responses.


3. Reward yourself

Rewarding yourself will grow in you a feeling of motivation by raising your dopamine levels. You will be able to eliminate distractions while reducing the amount of procrastination. For instance, you could book a massage session after a workout which will make you relax and regenerate your muscle fibers.




4. Listen to music

Repetitive movements are enhanced by music. It stimulates the part of the brain that controls all of your movements and this synchronization motivates you while reducing blood pressure and mental stress.





5. Make sure you are eating healthy

A healthy diet does not only maintain weight loss or weight gain but has a direct impact on improving brain-function, mental health immunity and various other factors. A healthy diet will also allow you to fuel energy throughout the day. The main three sources of energy in foods are Carbohydrates, Fat, and Protein. Make sure to get the right amount of nutrients needed in order to support your muscles and power!


6. Hydrate properly

Water is the most crucial ingredient in the recipe of life. It does not only help in maximizing your physical performance but is essential in preventing fatigue. It can also play a role in losing weight by boosting your metabolic rate or making you suppress you appetite by drinking before indulging in your meals.
