The 5-star Park Rotana Abu Dhabi has introduced a new innovative service which will make the travel experience of its guests more seamless, efficient and less time consuming.
The property has launched self-service airport check-in kiosk as a pilot project between Rotana Hotels and Abu Dhabi Airport Company. The new facility, which is the first of its kind in the Middle East, will allow passengers to check-out from the Park Rotana Abu Dhabi and directly check-in to their flight before leaving the hotel. The kiosk is located in the main hotel lobby and the following check-in services are available to the travellers of below listed airlines.
Etihad Airways – 24 hrs prior to the flight (boarding pass and bag tag)
KLM – 30 hrs prior to the flight (boarding pass only)
Air France – 30 hrs prior to the flight (boarding pass only)
Jet Airways – 24 hrs prior to the flight (boarding pass only)
