April 23, 2014 - Towerline Touristic, a member of the Malia Group and Rotana, the leading Middle Eastern hotel management company with properties across the Middle East, Africa, South Asia and Eastern Europe, have announced the signing of a management agreement for the Erbil Arjaan by Rotana.

Located in the city centre of Erbil, Kurdistan Region, Iraq, the Erbil Arjaan by Rotana is a 20 floor mixed use complex, offering first-class serviced offices and hotel apartments. The total investment cost of the project is USD 52 million with ownership divided between Malia Invest Holding Sal (60 percent), SS Roza Offshore (30 percent) and DIVA Srl (10 percent).
