Chef spotlight: Ravi Kumar Shrestha Pradhan
Passionate about food from a young age, Pradhan decided to pursue his interests in the kitchen by acquiring a diploma in Hotel Management. His
thirst for knowledge motivated him to expand his horizons and learn more about Asian cultures and cuisines. Now, with more than 19 years of experience, he leads a group of multicultural chefs in the kitchens at Wu, bringing authentic Asian tastes to the plates of many happy diners.
Start off right: Prawn tempura
Our Tokyo-style prawn tempura is a favourite among our guests. What makes this popular item unique is the use of freshly caught prawns. We coat them with our homemade tempura batter and then deep fry until the batter blooms like a flower and turns golden. That's when you know it has just the right amount of crunch.
The main attraction: Traditional Thai green curry with seafood or chicken
A staple in every Thai kitchen, we prepare this dish using traditional ingredients with vegetables, chicken or seafood. Of course, there are variations, but the key to getting it right every time is the amount of coconut milk used, which balances its mix of flavours. The dish pairs well with jasmine rice.

An Asian feast is hardly complete without sushi. And while we have an extensive selection, the dynamite volcano roll is a sure hit. It combines
fresh salmon, sesame seeds, tobiko and spring onion wrapped with sushi rice and nori. But that's not all, for that extra wow factor, the roll is fried with tempura batter and topped with eel sauce, spicy mayo and crab meat.
