Jumeira Rotana bagged the GCC Best Employer Brand Award at the 6th edition Annual GCC Best Employer Brand Awards 2019. The GCC Best Employer Brand Awards recognized organizations that have used marketing communications effectively in attracting talent, retaining talent and developing talent. The event was hosted by the Employer Branding Institute in India endorsed by CHRO ASIA and promoted by the World Federation of HR Professionals.

The GCC Best Employer Brand Awards featured the top organizations from the GCC, who excelled in HR and used marketing communications effectively for Human Resources Development. It recognizes and rewards organisations that have distinguished themselves as the most sought-after employers.

Mr. Ulrich Hoffmeister, General Manager for BurJuman Arjaan by Rotana and Jumeira Rotana said, “It is an honour to be recognized and to be acknowledged as the Best Employer Brand in the region as it validates our approach of developing and grooming our talented colleagues.”

On the same day and for the second time around, Ulrich Hoffmeister, a veteran in hospitality and native German with over 23 years of experience, was recognized as the Best Middle East General Manager in hospitality sector.

Hoffmeister receiving the award said, “It is an absolute privilege to have this award for the 2nd time now and I am humbled by this recognition, knowing that the success of my two hotels not only depend on me, but the whole teams.”  

The Best Middle East General Manager in hospitality sector was awarded and endorsed by CMO GLOBAL& World Federation of Hospitality Professionals.
