What is the first thing that you do after reaching office?
Greeting my colleagues & checking if they need any assistance, additionally wishing them a great day ahead.
How do you engage with your team every day?
By the daily morning handover, afternoon briefing, sharing some ideas related to work, also checking if they need anything related to work or personal.
What do you enjoy the most about your job?
Everything in general & when I teach my colleague a new task or when I help a colleague in sorting out an issue and make him/her feel better.
What is the last thing you do before leaving for the day?
Checking with all colleagues if they need anything before I leave and remind them that they can reach me anytime if they need any further assistance.
As well as I tell them that I trust everything is going to be fine while I’m away since all of you are competent enough to handle.
