Ingredients:
1- Salmon
2- Sun-dried tomato crust
3- Asparagus
4- Lemon butter sauce
5- Salt
6- Black pepper
7- Olive oil
8- Rucola
9- Lemon dressing
10- Cherry tomato
11- Micro green
Method:
1- Saute the salmon in a pan with salt and pepper.
2- Then remove it and keep it aside.
3- put it into the oven 190 degrees for 8 minutes.
4- Take it out from the oven and cover it with sun-dried tomato crust.
5- Put it inside the oven again until it becomes crispy for 3 minuets.
6- Mix arugula with dressing and tomato.
7- Arrange the rest of ingredients as photo.
