We established Rotana Safe Space - a clean and safe program that focuses on a contactless stay and significantly enhanced cleaning and disinfection practices. Our teams are briefed about protocols set by the Ministry of Public Health and World Health Organization guidelines.
With the Rotana mobile application and web services, we offer a wide range of contactless services to help you plan and book your stay. Guests can use their phones to make contactless check-ins, room and restaurant reservations.
Rotana's partnership with Ecolab has allowed enhanced sanitization processes across our hotels. All rooms and spaces in the hotel are rigorously deep-cleaned and undergo full disinfection procedures. After the necessary protocols are taken, the room is sealed to assure our guests of full safety procedures completed.
We are closely monitoring the COVID-19 pandemic as it evolves, both globally and in the market where we operate, reviewing and adapting procedures accordingly and in line with advice and guidelines from official authorities.
In light of the world-wide travel situation due to COVID19, we are waiving our cancellation fees for hotel stays booked through rotana.com from now until December 31, 2020.
