Ferrari world is the largest amusement park in the world and is located on Yas Island. Apart from a variety of amusement rides and features, it is renowned for its gigantic roof, which is said to be modelled after the side profile of a Ferrari GT car. The roof of the building also features the largest Ferrari logo ever created – measuring 65 metres x 48.5 metres.
The amusement park’s attractions are divided into three major groups – family, kids and thrill.
You can start your visit to the park by getting on to the ‘Speed of Magic’, a four dimensional ride that lets you experience all the extremes in temperature, moisture, light and movement. After an exciting start, head to ‘Made in Maranello’ to tour the prestigious Ferrari factory, watching the manufacturing process of the Ferrari GT. Watching cars on the screen not working for you? Take the action off-screen with a visit to ‘The Art of Ferrari’, an ultimate display of Ferrari cars, both, from Maranello and from top collectors! After looking at them from the outside, step inside a car as you ride shotgun with a racing champion in a cinematic motion-based simulator in ‘The Test Driver’s Dream’.

Visiting with children? Head to the ‘Junior GT’ to give your child their very first driving school experience. Simply head to the ‘Junior Grand Prix’, a format similar to the ‘Junior GT’, but with Ferrari’s F1 racers instead! The Junior Training Camp is also a fun experience for your little racers. Let your kids discover the fun of imagination and play in the waterless carwash, pilot remote controlled cars, peddle their own Ferrari and play with an F1TM car made entierly of kid-friendly foam!
After all the watching and learning, it’s time for some thrill! Head to the world’s fastest rollercoaster, better known as ‘The Formula Rossa’ and experience the acceleration of 240 km/h in under 5 seconds to discover what 4.8Gs feels like. All while being seated in an F1 cockpit, with safety googles. Just like the racing pros do! Need to feel some more adrenaline? Head to the ‘Scuderia Challenge’ where you’ll find yourself handling a state-of-the-art simulator similar to those used to train the Scuderia drivers. All done?
