After receiving training from esteemed Benihana chefs such as Tom Toth and Suzuki from Benihana Honolulu and New York, Chef Roy has acquired mastery in the captivating art of live Teppanyaki cooking. His journey with the Rotana family began in 2001 when he joined the team at Benihana in Al Bustan Rotana. Three years later, he made a transition to Beach Rotana.
Infused with a perfect balance of fiery energy and unwavering culinary passion, Roy presents an irresistible display of sushi, sashimi, makimono, steaks, seafood, chicken, and fresh vegetables. Each dish is crafted with precision, ensuring an unforgettable culinary experience for guests.
