Circuit Training - Sundays at 08.15pm Circuit training is a form of body conditioning or endurance training or resistance training using high-intensity aerobics. It targets strength building and muscular endurance.
Core Training - Tuesdays at 07.00pm This class is designed to build core muscle groups while improving posture through performing a variety of exercises that strengthen the abdomen and back muscles and increase flexibility.
Tabata Training - Wednesdays at 09.00am The high-intensity exercising consists of a four-minute workout, each workout consists of eight sets of 20 seconds of exercise at maximum effort each followed by a 10-second rest.
