Core Training - Wednesdays at 8.15 pm Designed to build core muscle groups while improving posture through performing a variety of exercises that strengthen the abdomen and back muscles and increase flexibility.
Tabata Training - Tuesdays at 9.15 am High-intensity exercising consisting of a four-minute workout, each workout consisting of eight sets of 20-seconds of exercises at maximum effort, each followed by a 10-second rest.
